Hey!

Hey, I’m Olanta – the face behind O.H Marketing Management.
I started O.H Marketing Management in January 2024 after working in the thick of it spinning every marketing plate you can imagine. I’d spent a few years as the sole marketing executive for a seven-figure advertising platform, working closely with the sales team to help them hit targets while handling everything from social medias and email marketing to PR, event planning, campaign management, onboarding gifts, and even overseeing a full rebrand.
I went from there to another business in a different industry, but the same role. It was an established business that was trading well but had no marketing function, so I used my experience from the last role to give it one – again, managing anything and everything marketing-related.
It was during this time I also began freelancing, working with small businesses to give them the marketing activity they needed – and it was here I found my bread and butter…
And so it began…
I built up a client base of businesses and they all came to me with the same need. They wanted to be known among their target audiences, to have a strong presence and reputation, and to have marketing grow them to where they wanted to be.
So I went solo. Not to become an agency or sell off-the-shelf packages, but to offer something more grounded: clear, purposeful marketing that’s built on strategy and tailored to the business in front of me.
Now, I work with a handful of brilliant small businesses who want their marketing to be more than just busywork, they want it to bring direction, consistency, and results.
